But what is AbbyAve? What are we trying to do, and why should you use us? Read on to find out all you need to know.

Where did AbbyAve come from?

Let’s start with a little history, as most ideas AbbyAve started out of frustration for the current market. Finding a rental is difficult, there are so many websites out there that you have to visit every day to catch up on the latest offers, and keep a list somewhere on your computer to keep track of your favorites.

But besides that there’s another additional scenario, as in some areas, like here in the Bay Area, rent can climb up so high that you need to have roommates just so you can afford the rent. But how do you search together with your best friend, or significant other, for a place to live? By both searching, sending e-mails and notes back and forth of course!

As you notice, there’s a whole process involved in searching, scattered over various places on the internet. We are here to streamline that process as much as possible.

So how does AbbyAve make this process easier?

We’ve come up with various ways to improve your search, some obvious and some that we hope will be considered innovative. No more sending e-mails back and forth, or looking at dozens of websites every day, we’ll do all that for you!

From the launch day we are searching over 80 websites on a daily basis, big and small, that offer rentals in California and Minnesota, and we’ll keep on adding more and more sources, in an attempt to offer you the biggest/broadest overview possible.

You can search for multiple locations, favorite properties, hide properties from search results, leave notes on properties, share properties, save your search criteria, ask for feedback from friends/family, receive daily e-mail notifications and search together with multiple people in a Search Group. This is just a small set of the features we offer.
